by August 15, 2012 at the latest, all works of art should be installed by the artist in person. At least seven days after the end of the exhibition, the artwork also needs to be removed. It is of great benefit, if every artist could personally attend the exhibition in order to support the dialogue between visitors and all the other artists present at the exhibition. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee a permanent supervision of your artwork throughout the festival. Therefore, we ask every artist to supervise his/her exhibition space on their own or through a personally assigned representative.
The organiser will provide the exhibition space and also prepare and display the labelling of the artwork. Each exhibition space will be assigned by the organiser. Any artist with special requirements is asked to get in touch with the organiser early enough in advance to negotiate any further possibilities. As concerning the labelling of the artwork, every artist is asked to submit all necessary information at least 15 working days in advance.
